M&A and Succession Consulting

Want to get guidance on your specific situation? We offer short-term consulting contracts to address your needs. You will work with an M&A consultant who provide sound advice on acquisitions, mergers, successions, buy-ins, and more. Hourly consulting is available for $325/hour (minimum of 5 hours). Practice Sales

If you are ready to exit but do not have a specific buyer identified, we can help. Our practice sales program includes: the listing of your practice on our exclusive Advisor Legacy platform, interviewing and screening qualified buyers, negotiating a deal, helping secure financing for the buyer and handling the transition.
