Todd’s career started in small business ownership and operations: having been a Partner/ General Manager of a restaurant; followed by founder and operator of a retail bicycle business. He later worked for an international consulting company traveling extensively in Asia and the Pacific Rim. Todd’s real passion was in business operations and franchising. His career in franchising progressed quickly, becoming Senior Director of Operations for a fast growing franchise; opening 15 stores a month on average for two consecutive years and managing the Americas Region with 650 stores operating and annual revenues exceeding $120 million. In 2008 he joined an Ameriprise financial advisor franchise to become it’s Vice President of Mergers and Acquisition; developing and executing a long term strategic plan for acquisition growth. These experiences lead Todd to develop a business valuation system for the financial services industry. In 2012, Todd joined Key Management Group as their M&A Consultant. Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from San Francisco State University.
