Dave began his career as a Financial Advisor in 1985. He has held virtually every position in field leadership since then from Training Manager to District Manager and then as a Field Vice President in the Franchise Channel beginning in 2000. Dave’s real passion is coaching, and he became a Franchise Consultant at the inception of that program in 2007. The cornerstone of Dave’s value proposition as a Franchise Consultant has been to develop a concierge level service for his group. While he offers coaching on the full array of practice development issues from client acquisition to financial planning, the cornerstone of his consulting focuses on helping Advisors lead their practices. This includes helping Advisors understand their Franchise Equity, and implement strategies designed to preserve, enhance and transfer that Equity in accordance with their personal and professional goals.

We understand that each practice is unique. Advisors have different preferences and personalities - some advisors need an accountability partner, while others need a systems expert. Some advisors just want someone who they can bounce ideas off of, while other advisors want someone to come in and completely manage their day-to-day operation. That is why we have coaches from all different backgrounds representing a broad array of coaching styles and of expertise including: personnel management, business strategy, financial plan operations, technology, acquisitions and mergers, and more.
