This blog post is part of a series highlighting Key Management Group team members.
In this post we are introducing the newest team member to join our ranks, Recruiting Coordinator Paige Kosmynka. At the urging of her friends, Paige parlayed her background in social work and her degree in psychology into a career in recruiting for the financial services industry. She started out working within a broker-dealer assisting with Experienced Advisor Recruiting but longed to work with a more diverse pool of candidates and job types. This led her to join Key Management Group, where she now helps our clients with filling a number of roles for their financial practices.
Since joining the firm in January, Paige has hit the ground running, and is already helping clients find the best fit candidates for their teams. When asked what clients can expect when working with her, Paige responds by saying, “I hope our clients get the best experience. That means us being open about the process, keeping them up to date, and making sure they know we really have their best interest at heart and are trying to find the right person at the right time who will fit their practice perfectly.” Well said Paige!
When asked what drew her to Key Management Group, Paige states that, in addition to working on more diverse client needs, she was really attracted to the culture and the people. “I felt comfortable with everyone right away,” remarks Paige, who said it was a level of comfort and connection she hadn’t felt with a team before. She especially likes the collaborative approach and support she receives from her colleagues.
Although a native of Michigan, Paige has been living in Utah with her husband, but is returning home to Michigan as soon as they close on the sale of her home this spring. In her free time, her and her husband enjoy playing with their new puppy and taking her on walks. As former athletes, both her and her husband also spend a great deal of time doing outdoor activities such as hiking and working out at Orange Theory. They love doing DIY projects around the house and trying out new recipes, especially when those recipes let them use their Traeger. They recently learned how to cook pizza on their Traeger and enjoy smoking a variety of meats. Which they hopefully will share with their colleagues when they arrive in Michigan!
If you would like to contact Paige, you can connect with her on LinkedIn or email her directly at pkosmynka@keymanagementgrp.com.
